Hi, I'm Holly! I create eLearning that helps organizations improve employee and operational performance. Applying proven instructional design methodology, I conduct learner and content analysis, collaborate with stakeholders and specialists on designs, develop eLearning courseware using industry-leading technology (e.g. Storyline, Rise), and conduct learning evaluations (e.g. assessments, surveys).
