Challenge

Due to the lack of a consistent, standardized, non-technical and engaging hiring managers and recruiters interview training, Company X

has not been able to hire enough quality employees for their technical team.

Tasks and Samples

Conduct analysis to identify content needs.
Write a design document that defines the business purpose, target audience, training duration, training recommendation, project deliverables, learning objectives, content outline, and assessment strategy.
Create and submit a storyboard for review and implement feedback.
Develop the eLearning course using Articulate Storyline (see samples below).

Design documentation

After conducting content analysis, I created a design document and storyboard to define the content, images, and multimedia actions for each screen.

Scenario-based learning

To help learners gain new knowledge and skills, this Articulate Storyline course has them follow the realistic experiences of a relatable character named Steve.

Content discovery

Learners discover the content through a variety of click-to-reveal interactions, like the one shown here.

Critical thinking

After learning key concepts, learners consider how the course character, Steve, could apply those concepts to realistic scenarios. This helps learners envision how they, too, can apply concepts to their jobs.
